Can Pea Horsley really communicate telepathically with your pet - or is she just plain barking? The 'animal whisperer' claims that she's been talking with animals since 2004 and since then has helped lots of creatures in distress.
"Everyone can communicate with animals. The only reason the entire human race isn't doing it is because we have been conditioned not to.
"As we grow up we are taught to ignore our intuition, but, by tuning back in to our senses, we can open the doorway to inter-species communication," she says.
And it's not just miserable moggies and depressed dogs she's been able to help. Pea describes how she has communicated with rabbits, gold fish and even tortoises in her book Heart To Heart, published by HarperCollins for £6.99.
She says she can communicate with an animal simply by looking at a photo or them, or by talking with their owner over the phone.Pea tells how she saved Musgo the horse who was unable to recover from a past trauma, helped a client find her reincarnated puppy, and the wonderful story of Mono the dog and his owner, Mike.
Mono had saved Mike's life, so when the vet told Mike that Mono was so ill that there was no hope, Mike refused to give up on him. Pea came to the rescue to help Mono tell Mike what he needed to survive.

My pug can read my thoughts, which is rather inconvenient. He loves walks almost better than anything else. I only have to think "shall I take him out now or later" and he starts barking and running to the front door. I also have a Staffie which really belongs to a family member, but who spends a lot of time with us. He has started reading my thoughts also and they create mayhem when ever I think about the W. word. I means I have to keep my thoughts to myself or I and they go for quite a few walks every day whether I want to or not.

Although l enjoyed Pea Horsley`s animal revelations, l couldn`t help noticing that in the case of Marmite, the small dog who was missing, that when she communicated telepathically with him he said " l`m in a place over a mile away, surrounded by concrete and my paws are wet" However, when she relayed this information to Marmite`s owner she said " oh, l know where he is now, but it`s a long way" Well as " over a mile" probably means just that , and not over 2 or 3 miles, there seems to be a definate discrepancy between where Marmite was, and the place where his owner believed he was, ie, a long way away,so this kind of contradiction does nothing to help with the credability of the other cases ie, are they really true?

That dog Marmite is better at judgind distance than I am. One mile can mean quite a long way if you only have short legs. Where as 2 - 3 miles may not seem far at all to a fast walker with long legs.

The last thing I need in my life is my fricking cat lecturing me on smoking.
