Katie Price and Victoria Beckham are not the best of friends and a glimpse of their Oscar party outfits offers a clue as to just why.Both arrived at Sir Elton John's LA Oscars bash but, where Posh was decidedly understated, Katie Price was definitely there to grab the photographers' attention.
Dressed in a floor-length blue sequinned gown with enormous corsage details, Katie made sure her fake tan was very much on display with a side split and bare back.
And her expensive hair extensions were swept back into a classic style.
But when Victoria arrived, she almost blended in to the neutral-coloured carpet.
As any good celebrity-turned-designer would, Mrs Beckham arrived in one of her own creations and was very much on red carpet trend with the nude coloured silk gown.
It is unclear whether there was any direct cattiness at the do, but we imagine there was a whole lot of looking up and down.
But which do you prefer – the (possibly a bit too) understated Posh, or the glitzy glamour girl Price?

I think both dresses are undesirable. Mrs Beckham reminds me of an unrolled 'Cornetto', and Katie Price looks like a rather fat Continental 'mama'! (In that view at least)

No contest. Vic is definately has the classier look, but who isn't classier than Katie Price? Phil Mitchel in a dress would be more chic, everything about katie price is fake, from her fake tan to her fake personality!!!!!

Who gives a hoot what these two turned up in. They are two of the most untalented women on the planet. Victoria Beckham resembles a reject from a Nazi concentration camp and Katie Price always looks like Morticia Adams. Why do the newspapers give them any space...they're both a pair of attention seeking morons. I doubt that they have a brain cell between the pair of them, It's about time they were both kicked into touch, where they belong, on the nearest compost heap.
